About this role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Physiotherapists to join our multidisciplinary team, helping children overcome physical, developmental, and movement challenges. You will deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to enhance mobility, strength, coordination, posture, and independence in a warm, child-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physical and functional assessments for children with conditions including developmental delays, cerebral palsy, neuromuscular disorders, orthopedic issues, torticollis, or post-injury/surgical rehabilitation.
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neurodevelopmental approaches, balance/gait training, and fun, play-based activities.
  • Provide engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to each child's age and needs to build motor skills and functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with parents/caregivers, teachers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, pediatricians, and other specialists to ensure holistic, integrated support and effective skill carryover.
  • Regularly evaluate progress, maintain detailed session notes and reports, and adapt plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Train and empower parents with home exercise programs, proper positioning, handling techniques, and daily strategies to support their child's physical growth.
  • Participate in team meetings, parent consultations, and occasional workshops or sessions on child development and rehabilitation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution; Master’s in Physiotherapy (MPT) with specialization in Pediatrics, Neurology, or Musculoskeletal preferred.
  • Registration with the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) or relevant state council preferred (or eligibility to register).
  • 0–3 years of experience in pediatric or general physiotherapy (freshers are strongly encouraged to apply; we provide structured onboarding, mentoring, and supervision for new graduates).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and ability to build trust with children and families.
  • Solid understanding of pediatric assessment tools, developmental milestones, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Passion for child-centered, play-based therapy and dedication to continuous professional growth.

Additional Advantage

Specialization in Neuro-Physiotherapy or Pediatric Rehab.
Hands-on experience with advanced rehabilitative equipment.
